The Tunnelling & Underground Construction Society (Singapore), or TUCSS, was formed in 1997. It aims to advance the standards of tunnelling and underground construction practice by promoting technical and professional development of its members as well as achieve closer personal acquaintance and spirit of cooperation among members.
